The distinctive, angular shape is the hallmark of the G-Class. Even with the latest developments, its iconic design remains largely unchanged. Typical details continue to be influential. These include the striking door handles and the characteristic closing sound, the robust exterior protection strip, the exposed spare wheel on the rear door, and the mounted turn signals. The grille is new with four instead of the previous three horizontal slats. In addition, there are newly designed bumpers at the front and rear, with the front ones receiving a new grille look. The rearview camera is now positioned in the bumper centrally above the license plate holder. In case it gets dirty during driving, a windshield washer nozzle is attached to the side of the rearview camera. This extends when drivers activate the rear window washer system. Furthermore, the conventionally powered models adopt some elements developed for the first fully electric version of the off-road legend. Specifically, a new A-pillar cladding and a spoiler lip on the roof trim, as well as new insulation materials, contribute to improved aerodynamics and increased noise comfort. The new models come standard with aerodynamically optimized, 45.7-centimeter (18-inch) large alloy wheels in a 5-double-spoke design and LED High Performance headlights. The paint color sodalith blue metallic is now available. Additionally, new wheel designs in sizes ranging from 45.7 to 50.8 centimeters (18 to 20 inches) are available. With the PROFESSIONAL Line Exterior, customers can specifically emphasize the off-road character of their G-Class. This includes stone chip protection grilles for the headlights, mud flaps, and 45.7-centimeter (18-inch) all-terrain tires in the package. The EXCLUSIVE Line Exterior, on the other hand, emphasizes the exclusive character of the vehicle with a silver-chrome radiator grille, MULTIBEAM LED headlights, a stainless steel spare wheel ring, and side running boards. The new G-Class receives a distinctly sporty touch when combined with the AMG Line. This includes wheel arch extensions, 50.8-centimeter (20-inch) large AMG alloy wheels, and a multifunction sports steering wheel in Nappa leather for a dynamic appearance. Additionally, the Night Package, including sporty and expressive design elements in black, is available.
