This is Russia's condition for peace talks with Ukraine

The Russian government is apparently prepared to hold peace talks under certain conditions. This was emphasized by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on the sidelines of a military forum. According to him, Russia is ready for further "coexistence" with the West. However, Western states would have to stop seeking Russia's strategic defeat. The preconditions for such talks were therefore not yet in place.
