Weather experts are talking about a storm of the century - hurricane "Ciaràn" is raging between Great Britain and France. At times, more than a million households there were without power. Lower Saxony also felt the effects of the storm - with devastating consequences. A woman died in the Harz Mountains at midday due to a falling tree.
