According to the police, around 75,000 to 100,000 people demonstrated against racism, anti-Semitism and hate speech at a "Sea of Lights for Democracy" in Munich on Sunday afternoon. Some had hung themselves with fairy lights, others carried lanterns or flashlights. The organizers spoke of 300,000 participants
