In Kiel, on Wednesday, Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) welcomed the Olympic medalists from Schleswig-Holstein. He thanked the successful athletes for their great performances in Paris. Among the athletes were also medalists of the Paralympic Games - such as judoka Lennart Sass, who won bronze. Among the athletes were also the sailors Alica Stuhlemmer and Paul Kohlhoff as well as the handball players Rune Dahmke and Andreas Wolff.
