The flood situation remains tense in many parts of northern Germany. With sub-zero temperatures at night, there is now also the threat of frost. SAT.1 REGIONAL presenter Uwe Willmann spoke to Philipp Rehberg from the consumer advice center in Lüneburg about which insurance covers which costs. Whether natural hazard insurance, for example, makes sense depends entirely on the individual situation.
