The next state parliament is to be elected in Bavaria on October 8, 2023. The district elections are also to take place on this day. According to Article 16 of the Bavarian Constitution, the election of the Landtag must take place no earlier than 59 months and no later than 62 months after the date of the preceding election - thus takes place every five years.
