National player Melanie Leupolz will continue to play for the English champions FC Chelsea in the future. As the club announced on Tuesday, the midfielder extended her contract until summer 2026. The 28-year-old had returned to team training only last week after the birth of her first child. National player Carolin Simon also extended her contract and will remain with Bayern Munich until the summer of 2024.
