Demand for vacations in Schleswig-Holstein falls for the first time in over 10 years

Tourism figures in Schleswig-Holstein have slumped significantly compared to the same months last year. In the main months of July and August, the number of overnight stays in the most important vacation destinations fell by up to 20%. A decline in booking figures was recorded in all months except January. This is the first time in over 10 years that demand for vacations in Schleswig-Holstein has fallen.
