Lancia at the Rally Regione Piemonte 2025 - The Race

In the spotlight of the second round of the Italian Rally Championship was the first appearance of the Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HF. Seven of the vehicles specially developed for young talents in rally racing and operated by private teams were at the start. Gianandrea Pisani and co-driver Nicola Biagi took the excellent third place in the two-wheel drive vehicle classification with the Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HF from RO Racing. The Finnish young team Tuukka Kauppinen/Veli-Pekka Kartunen won a stage in the class with the Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HF from Team MS Munaretto. The vehicle, developed with the support of two-time rally world champion Miki Biasion, is equipped with an 82kW (212 hp) turbo engine, a SADEV 5-speed gearbox, and adjustable Öhlins shock absorbers - perfect for young talents looking to prove themselves in competition. It's no wonder that the Trofeo Lancia is already fully booked with 40 teams - including 25 drivers under 35 years old. The Lancia-sponsored brand cup will start for the first time on May 8, 2025, at the Rally Targa Florio in Sicily, the third round of the Italian championship. With a prize money of 360,000 euros and the opportunity for the winner to be included in the official Lancia Corse HF team for the Rally European Championship in 2026, the Trofeo Lancia is already one of the most exciting competitions of the season.
