On Palm Sunday, more than 30 people died in the Ukrainian city of Sumy as a result of a Russian missile attack. Friedrich Merz called the attack on "Caren Miosga" a "serious war crime" - and made a clear appeal to all those calling for diplomatic efforts with Russia.
