Large-scale operation near Cologne: police clear school grounds

A large-scale police operation was carried out at the school center in Erftstadt-Liblar this morning. The reason for this were two threatening e-mails to the principal of the Ville-Gymnasium. As a result, the high school and the adjacent Gottfried-Kinkel-Realschule were evacuated. Both schools have now been cordoned off and are being searched with sniffer dogs.
