Femizid: Woman killed in Burgdorf - Suspect arrested

A woman from Burgdorf (Lower Saxony) fell victim to a terrible crime on Wednesday evening - emergency services found her dead in her apartment with stab and cut wounds. The perpetrator is apparently her boyfriend, who also called the emergency number and then barricaded himself in a room. After special forces were able to arrest him, the 32-year-old Iraqi was taken to a hospital. He is expected to be released on Thursday and presented to a magistrate.
