US-Government to Cut Billions from Harvard University

The US government plans to cut billions in state funding to the prestigious Harvard University after its refusal to comply with demands in the wake of anti-Semitism allegations. Washington had requested changes in hiring as well as admission criteria from the university leadership. University President Alan Garber then announced that the institution would resist the demands.
