"Man of Steel" actor Henry Cavill has revealed that he is not a fan of sex scenes in movies and TV shows, claiming they are "overused". During the 'Happy Sad Confused' podcast, Matthew Vaughn said that he doesn't understand sex scenes, an opinion Cavill shares. "I think they're overused sometimes these days. It's when you feel like, 'Is this really necessary? Or is it just about people wearing less clothes?'" said Cavill, who clarified that there are circumstances in which these scenes can help the narrative and be beneficial to a movie. However, he reiterated that he thinks it's a "mistake" for a TV show or movie to consist solely of bodies twirling around. The actor believes that "the human imagination can trump any explicit nudity in a movie or TV show"
