67 per cent of the police forces in Lower Saxony with work contently

67 per cent of the coworkers:inside of the police in Lower Saxony certify a high job satisfaction. This is the result of a recent survey among 14,500 employees. The survey provided feedback on topics such as workload, team climate, leadership and equal opportunities. 45.9 percent of respondents also said they would like to work in a home office the same amount or more in the future. After 2015 and 2018, this was now the third survey among employees of the Lower Saxony Police.
