WindEnergy Hamburg 2022, the world's leading trade fair for wind energy, kicked off on Tuesday. Expectations and hopes are high because wind power plays the decisive role in energy independence from Russia and the energy transition. The trade fair was opened by Robert Habeck, Germany's Minister of Economics.
