On Wednesday, the legal committee of the Kiel state parliament dealt with the fatal knife attack in Brokstedt. Ibrahim A., the alleged perpetrator, had lived in several German states after coming to Germany in 2014 - including Schleswig-Holstein. The state government has since announced it will increase security measures on rail services.
