Israel: Attack on Iranian embassy in Syria

Following the suspected Israeli air strike on a building of the Iranian embassy in Syria on Monday, there is a threat of a military response from Iran. According to the semi-official news agency Tasnim, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi declared that the attack in the Syrian capital Damascus would not go unanswered. Two brigadier generals and five members of the powerful Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) died in the attack.
