AfD-Plan for Homeless and Migrants Horrifies: "This Reminds of a Work Camp"

The Düsseldorf AfD has proposed to obligatorily accommodate asylum seekers and homeless addicts in an old barracks. The proposal has sparked outrage: "This reminds of work camps," says Michael Harbaum, managing director of the Düsseldorf Drug Aid. In the AfD's municipal program, it further states that they want to promote the accommodation of employable asylum seekers in the old barracks. Right-wing extremism researcher Sabine Reimann sees right-wing extremist ideologies and classic right-wing populism in it.
