In an episode of Jesse Tyler Ferguson's podcast, Bryan Cranston revealed that he was briefly classified as a murder suspect in the 1970s. Cranston explained that at the time, he and his brother worked at a restaurant in Daytona, Florida, with a difficult chef named Peter Wong. The chef's penchant for gambling and a suspicious encounter with a woman eventually led to a robbery and mysterious kidnapping. The "Breaking Bad" star and his brother had joked about getting rid of Wong and were gone when Wong disappeared. "We didn't know there was an APB out to find us," he said. We were somewhere in the Carolinas at the time, I think. We were just driving along, I think, and imagine if someone had actually pulled us over and thrown us on the ground at gunpoint!" said Cranston on the 'Dinners On Me' podcast. Ultimately, however, they were cleared of any involvement in the case.
