Astronomical sensation: First photo of black hole in our Milky Way

This photo is considered an astronomical world premiere. Researchers have succeeded in taking the first photograph of the black hole at the center of the Milky Way. The European Southern Observatory (ESO) and the international telescope project "Event Horizon Telescope" (EHT) presented the photo at a press conference. The images could only be taken with a global network of radio telescopes.
