What to do if there are problems with your new car?

When buying a new car, we often assume that there are no problems, but this is not always true. Manufacturers offer buyers a new car warranty and the dealer also offers an extended warranty. With this tactic, dealers want to avoid you having to worry about problems that don't show up until after you leave the dealership. If you notice a problem, the first thing you should do is take photos of the damage and send them to the dealership immediately. After that, you should take the car back to the dealership immediately and make sure that the people involved in the purchase are present again. Finally, get any promises in writing, such as a promise to fix the problem before you leave the dealership. If the dealership refuses to fix the problem and claims that the damage occurred before the purchase, contact the manufacturer.
