Food trends for the hotel and gastronomy industry and solutions for the current challenges of the sector - this is what the HOGA trade fair has been dealing with since yesterday at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Over 500 exhibitors present their offers here. The HOGA will continue until tomorrow. Then the focus will be on career and personnel issues. To relieve the industry, work must be done on salaries, the compatibility of family and work, and the integration of foreigners into the labor market, said Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann at the opening. Bavaria is the number 1 tourism destination in Germany and is responsible for around 20 percent of the revenue in this sector.
